Returns Policy

We hope you LOVE your purchases from Here’s our returns policy.

Important: Please do not ship your purchase back without getting our approval first as you might not receive the money back.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an item or items to be returned by mail. After 7 days, your item(s) become a FINAL sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt for proof of purchase and photos of the item with description of what is wrong with the item. You can always contact us for any return question at [email protected].

Issues and damages
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately at [email protected] if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Most items in our store are custom produced with copyrighted designs, and therefore, cannot be returned. Other types of items that cannot be returned include jewellery, seasonal/holiday merchandise, personal care goods (such as beauty products), special orders, personalised items, gift cards, food items, and sale items. Sales and discounted items are always final sale. We also do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks but not limited to won’t be available for reshipping and refunds and will be disposed of. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is wrong or considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Wrong size

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns and exchanges for products ordered with a wrong size are not available. Please read products size guides and charts before placing an order. Feel free to email us if you have any questions at [email protected].

Unclaimed Shipments

Unclaimed shipments will not be issued a refund. Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for all the costs as it will be donated to charity. You hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing you a refund).

After your return item has been approved by us for exchange the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. No size exchanges are available. Feel free to email us if you have any questions at [email protected].

We will notify you once we’ve received information from you about damaged or items with issues, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. No cash refunds. Please note that your refund may be subject to 20% re-stocking fees.

Shipping Address
All eligible purchases can be returned by any third-party shipping method of the customer’s choice. We are not responsible for lost return packages and recommend that you insure and track your package. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over €10, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t and cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Notification for EU consumers

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

This Returns Policy is in accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 2011/83/EC). These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
